Responsibilities:

1. Conduct algorithm pre-research, evaluation, design, optimization, implementation, verification, and hardware implementation related to audio and video, and provide support;

2. Research and application of deep learning, neural networks and other AI audio algorithms; 

3. Collaborate with chip design engineers in algorithm design and debugging;

Qualifications: 

1. Degree: master’s degree or above;

2. Major: Electronics, Communications Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer, Information Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Mathematics, Physics, or other related fields; 

3. Mastery of Matlab and C/C++ language; 

4. Strong knowledge of Mathematical theories and digital signal processing;  

5. Experience in speech, audio signal processing (noise cancellation, echo cancellation, microphone arrays, sound effects) preferred; 

6. Research on deep learning, neural networks or smart speech recognition (HKT, Kaldi, TensorFlow, etc.) preferred; 

7. Experience in encoding and decoding audio and video (MP3, AAC, OPUS, H.264, H.265, etc.) preferred.

2. Optimization, design and hardware implementation of communications chips, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi baseband algorithms; 

3. Collaborate with chip and application design engineers in algorithm design and debugging;

Qualifications: 

1. Degree: master’s degree or above;

2. Major: Electronics, Communications Engineering, Signal Processing, Information Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other related fields;

3. Mastery of Matlab, C/C++ language and Verilog;  

4. Mastery of the basics of Communications Engineering and Signal Processing; 

5. Mastery of digital baseband communication, modulation, demodulation, synthesis, equalization, channel decoding and other algorithms preferred; 

6. Familiarity with one of the standardized communications protocols preferred: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular networks, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Convert analog and logic design into physical layouts that can be produced according to design files;

2. Perform layout-related verification tasks and extract parameters；

Qualifications: 

1. Degree: bachelor’s degree; 

2. Major: Microelectronics, Electronic Science and Technology, Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated System, Electronic Information, Physical electronics, or other related fields;  

3. Strong knowledge of semiconductor and transistor; 

4. Proficiency in English reading; 

5. Familiarity with Unix/Linux system and mastery of vi and shell; knowledge of commonly used EDA tools for layout design is a plus; 

6. Familiarity with process flow and devices; knowledge of the key design elements of ESD/LU; knowledge of the basic principles of electric circuits is a plus; 

7. Strong communication skills, team spirit, patience and meticulousness.
